The MORIM Foundation is “a Kingdom-aligned mission initiative, carried by MORIM LTD, dedicated to advancing education through heart-centred, presence-led teaching — prioritising dignity, hope and transformation in under-served communities”.

The initiative aims to restore the honour of teaching, strengthen school ecosystems and create pathways of opportunity for learners by supporting educators, leaders and communities.

The Foundation addresses gaps in under-resourced schools and communities by:

Reviving a renewed sense of purpose in teachers
Restoring the dignity of the profession

The initiative is “not a commercial project — it is a mission. A response to a calling, a work of stewardship.”

What we do

Four pillars during the pilot period

Strengthening and encouraging teachers

Workshops, listening circles and presence-based support for teachers in high-pressure environments.

Leadership support in struggling schools

Coaching, mentoring and support for renewing school culture, for head teachers, deputies and leadership teams.

Community activation

Training parents, faith communities and volunteers to become a supportive presence for schools.

Pathway to flourishing

Small-scale pilot programmes providing access to books, resources, specialist support and opportunities for under-served learners.
